UPDATE
hey guys, just updating after a period of not updating once again! lol. I went to the gym this week, kicking my own ass. I took a risk and downloaded Channa Serenity’s wicked $$ e-book for us vegan weight lifters. I’m actually relieved in ways, because I desperately needed a meal plan for my goals. Now, I eat healthy, but I don’t eat to be lean. This coming week is my first challenge on undertaking this new diet adaptation. For the past week or so I’ve been cutting out processed carbs (go me!?). It’s been a little bit of a battle but I’m winning. I can’t wait to share the progress….especially because I feel disappointed with my first attempt at eating to get lean. It’s okay, though, that was just my bump in the road! Right?! Off to grocery shop :)
*EDIT* so excited to go to the gym tomorrow I may even show up in the wicked early AM before I go to the beach. LESSSDOTHIS!
